The Career Development Programme - From Grade 8th till 12th
The main purpose of career development is to guide an individual toward an occupation/or a set of alternative occupations. Competencies, interests and thus also the personality of an individual play an important role in helping determine the occupational choices. Assessing these facets of the individual is thus an integral part of this programme. Results from these assessments are used to arrive at alternative choices of occupations.
Various psychometrics are used in this phase.
- # The tests are administered to the group over a period of 2 days, with 2.5 hours session on each day.
