Spring conducts training programmes for students of psychology, teachers, and those interested in understanding the dynamics of human behaviour and applying it to their own lives before doing so to their professions.
1. TRAINING PROGRAMME IN COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
This programme is divided into 4 modules (Total of 175 Hours over one year approximately)
Module I : Self awareness - Level I, II and III (Total 125 Hours) see growth labs
Module II : Diagnostics (15 Hours)
Module III : Counselling Protocols and skills (15 Hour)
Module IV : Introduction to Different schools of thoughts on counselling and psychotherapy (20 Hours)
2. TRAINING PROGRAMME IN FACILITATION - Corporate training
This programme is divided into 4 modules (Total of 175 Hours over one year approximately)
Module I : Self awareness - Level I, II and III (Total 125 Hours) see growth labs
Module II : Facilitation Process and Protocols (20 Hours)
Module III : Behaviour Diagnosis and Profile Mapping (15 Hours)
Module IV : Coaching and Mentoring Process (15 Hours)
3. TRAINING PROGRAMME IN PLAY THERAPY
This programme is divided into 3 modules (Total of 150 Hours over one year approximately)
Module I : Self awareness - Level I, II and III (Total 125 Hours) see growth labs
Module II : Play Therapy Process and Protocols (15 Hours)
Module III : Child Diagnosis (15 Hours)
4. TRAINING PROGRAMME IN PLAY SCHOOL TEACHER
This programme is divided into 4 modules (Total of 150 Hours over one year approximately)
Module I : Self awareness - Level I, II and III (Total 125 Hours) see growth labs
Module II : Play as mode of Teaching and Learning (15 Hours)
Module III : Child's Assessment and Parent Guidance (15 Hours)
