Individual Counselling

When life brings us face-to-face with problems, upto a point where we feel limited, powerless, frustrated, lonely or anxious, do we truly become ready for deep introspection

That is when the individual comes in for counselling sessions
The aim of these sessions is to build an authentic relationship between the individual and therapist, whereby the individual feels empowered to tackle various problems of his/her life of the past, present or future.

Individual counselling process may take a minimum of 25 sessions. These sessions are a journey for the individual to know his/her thoughts, actions and feelings – the only way by which the he/she can begin to understand others and the world at large.
